During this 6 months course, students will be exploring the principles of 3D graphics and basic animation. The basics of modeling, texturing, lightning, camera’s, animating and rendering are covered during this highly practical course.
The first year of this program is to provide the students with a comprehensive view in the principles and practice of the design and development of interactive entertainment applications to meet the needs of rapidly growing games and entertainment industries, focusing particularly on interactive animations. Students can obtain a Qantm Diploma which grands them the possibility to advance unto the Bachelor program.
The second year will consolidate students’ knowledge already gained during the first year of Interactive Animation and will include further business, marketing, in depth technical and academic skills. Modules like advanced character animation and interactive animation are still part of the program. The intention is to broaden the learning experience beyond purely vocational type training, by including a wider, academic knowledge base and research-based educational experience in only 12 additional months. If completed succesfully students will obtain an official Bachelor Degree of Arts.
This program has a strong focus on programming for games and/or interactive entertainment applications. Besides the technical part of programming, students will gain knowledge on basic 3D graphics, game design and digital audio & video production. Graduates from this program will be warmly welcomed by the highly demanding industry. Students can obtain a Qantm Diploma which grands them the possibility to advance unto the Bachelor program.
The second year of this program is meant for candidates wishing to pursue academic careers and attain post graduate qualifications. Modules like AI and agent systems and rapid applications development are also part of the program. The intention is to broaden the learning experience beyond purely vocational type training, by including a wider, academic knowledge base and research-based educational experience in only 12 additional months. If completed succesfully students will obtain an official Bachelor Degree of Sience.
